Reproduction Resources Inc. has been acquired by Reproduction Provisions LLC

On July 24th, Reproduction Provisions LLC acquired 100% interest in Reproduction Resources Inc.

“While both companies have worked closely in the past regarding warehousing, product availability and logistics, the acquisition will now allow for the merging of the product lines, management and operations to more effectively and efficiently serve our customers,” said Rick Schoenbeck, President of Reproduction Provisions, LLC.
